Mediation Services

The firm provides mediation services in connection with business litigation and partnership separations. Entering his third decade of practice, Mark has spent his career litigating and resolving these types of disputes, both on the defensive and offensive sides of the equation. Mark is a specialist in difficult disputes, particularly those involving close relationships such as family. He has been named a “Top Lawyer” by dBusiness in both family and business law, as he has developed a niche practice of handling the separation of multigenerational family members in business as well as complicated, high-asset divorce matters.

The Firm’s offices provide a safe and comfortable situs for people to negotiate their disputes in confidence, with the assistance of a highly skilled mediator. Food and drink will be provided by the Firm at no cost. Mark’s hourly rate for Mediation Services is $500 per hour (usually divided by the Parties). Mark believes strongly in his ability to settle every case.
