Taras recently graduated from Wayne State University Law School and sat for the Michigan Bar Exam in Summer 2020.
Throughout law school, Taras gained experience working in private law firms and the federal judiciary. During the summer of 2018, Taras interned for a Magistrate Judge in the Southern District of New York. During his internship he conducted substantive and procedural legal research related to Fair Labor Standards Act and the federal rules of civil procedure. Thereafter, Taras worked at Williams, Williams, Rattner & Plunkett PC, in a law clerk capacity, handling both real estate transactions and litigation related tasks.
Taras was also a student attorney with the Wayne State University Law School Criminal Appellate Practice Clinic where he represented a client under the supervision of practicing attorneys. Moreover, Taras was a member of both Mock Trial and Moot Court, where the honed his oral advocacy skills.
Prior to law school, Taras graduated from the University of Michigan Dearborn with B.A. in international studies and political science..
