Hailey Schimmel

Hailey specializes in business litigation and trial work. She is on trial teams which specialize in matters concerning partnership and fiduciary and contractual duty breaches, and business torts.

Prior to joining Rossman, P.C., Hailey gained valuable experience in courtroom matters, serving as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Genessee County Business Court and in the 20th District Court.

Hailey received her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School. During law school, Hailey was elected Associate Editor of the Journal of Business Law, which published her Note on trademark enforcement in social media. She was also a Member of the Wayne Women’s Law Caucus; served as a Judicial Extern in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan; and volunteered her time at Lakeshore Legal Aid.

Hailey is admitted to the Michigan and New York bars.
